So you have now looked at our website.  So what’s next?

1. Check the calendar on the website to make sure we are available for the date of your event.
2. Send through a quotation form – once answered
3. Phone to make an appointment to see our work and have a cake tasting as well as an exact quote. 
   *  Appointments are not made via email only over the phone.
4. At consultation you do not need to make a decision there and then.  You will leave with a written quote which we keep on file.  You can phone us later to confirm you booking if you wish to go with us.
5. If ordering Cup Cake style cakes once you have decided to go with Kakes By Karen, we have you back for a second appointment to see samples of what your cake will look like.  This is so you know what you are getting and we know what we are making.
6. Once you have decided to go with us there is a $200.00 (non-refundable) deposit (which comes off the total price of the cake) to pay to secure your spot for that date.
7. 2 weeks before your wedding you will receive a phone call or email reconfirming your order for your wedding cake, double checking design, date and time of wedding and venue
8. If time allows an email with a picture of your cake will be sent to you before your wedding.
9. Your wedding cake will be delivered by the time it is required, according to the information provided by you and your venue.
10. Any stands must be returned no later than 3 days after the event unless previously arranged.
